    Jay, I have to say, I really love Profiles International's new Workplace Experiences Survey. Companies have goals to improve this and that by n%. But it's critical that these companies know where they currently stand in order to know how to get to where they want to go.

    By knowing how many of their employees are engaged/not engaged, and how that compares to national averages, helps them identify WHERE to start.

    I also found that it makes sense that even employees who are not sure how satisfied with their jobs will have a much better idea of their satisfaction level is with their manager.

    What a great tool this is going to be to help organizations know where to start.
